Support is designed for clinicians in General Practice, Urgent Care, and Emergency settings seeking advanced input in complex, evolving, or high-acuity cases.
Founded and led by a board-certified veterinary Criticalist, the service delivers trusted second opinions and evidence-based guidance when referral is not feasible or when additional expertise is desired.
Each consultation includes comprehensive review of medical records, diagnostics, and treatment plans, followed by a clear, practical management strategy designed to integrate seamlessly into the attending veterinarian’s clinical workflow.
Consultations are collaborative, clinically rigorous, and grounded in professional respect for the primary clinician’s judgment and experience.

High-priority, real-time guidance for unstable patients requiring immediate intervention. This tier provides an instant professional lifeline to help stabilize a patient in crisis while a comprehensive review is underway.

Rapid Response Time with Verbal Guidance: Immediate to 15 minutes. Direct communication via phone to address the acute emergency.
Rapid Stabilization Protocol: Immediate recommendations for oxygen therapy, fluid resuscitation, pressor support, or emergency pharmacology.
Critical Record Audit: Focused review of the most recent bloodwork, ECG, or imaging to identify life-threatening abnormalities.
Post-Crisis Written Plan: A formal, documented treatment and monitoring plan delivered within 4 hours of the initial call.

Acute Respiratory Failure: Upper airway obstruction, severe pulmonary edema, or "blue on arrival" cases.
Refractory Shock: Patients not responding to initial fluid boluses or requiring vasopressor support.

Life-Threatening Arrhythmias: Rapid identification and management of V-Tach, third-degree AV block, or other malignant rhythms.
