About the Founder

Elizabeth Ross, DVM, DACVECC, is a board-certified veterinary criticalist with extensive experience in emergency medicine, critical care, and complex case management. She holds active veterinary licenses in South Carolina and Florida, with licensure in Georgia pending. She has worked across high-volume emergency hospitals, urgent care centers, and specialty referral hospitals.

Dr. Ross is passionate about collaborative medicine, clinician support, and practical, high-level critical care guidance. Through Atlantic ER Vet Consults, she extends the reach of specialty-level expertise to hospitals and clinics seeking rapid-response, case-based support, helping improve patient outcomes while strengthening clinical confidence.

Personal Interests:

  • Currently based in South Carolina, Dr. Ross balances relief work across multiple states with teleconsulting for hospitals in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Dr. Ross shares her home with her dog, Kramer, and cats, Larry and Layla, along with her fiancé. She enjoys traveling, hiking, running, reading, photography, nature, and music festivals, bringing curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm to every aspect of her professional and personal life.
