Our services are primarily for licensed veterinarians in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Other state’s availability of services may vary based on applicable state regulations
We provide vet-to-vet guidance for critical care and emergency cases—no direct client consultations. This ensures your patient care is supported by specialized expertise.

Consultation Request & Billing Information
To request a consultation, the attending veterinarian will provide the hospital administrator or designated billing contact information at the time of the call. No additional onboarding or payment information is required before the consultation can begin.
Following the consultation, any remaining hospital and billing details will be collected during normal business hours.
Invoice & Payment
After the consultation is completed, an itemized invoice will be emailed to the designated hospital billing contact. Payment can be completed through our secure, PCI-compliant payment system powered by Stripe.
Accepted payment methods include:
Hospital credit card
ACH payment
Payment information from pet owners cannot be accepted.
Hospital Responsibility
The requesting veterinary hospital is responsible for all consultation fees associated with services provided.
Once the consultation is complete, an itemized invoice will be emailed to the designated hospital billing contact. Any remaining billing or administrative information will be obtained during normal business hours. Payment reminder notifications will be sent 10 days before the due date, 2 days before the due date, and on the due date if payment has not yet been received.

No formal onboarding is NOT required before your first consultation. Hospitals may request a consultation immediately, provided the attending clinician can supply the necessary patient and hospital contact information.
To simplify future consultations and billing, the following items are recommended and can be completed before or after the initial consultation:
Signed Master Services Agreement (MSA)
Hospital and billing contact information, including the Medical Director
Valid payment method on file (credit card or ACH)

Phone consultations are the primary method of communication and allow for timely discussion of patient history, clinical findings, and recommendations.
If your call is not answered immediately, please leave a voicemail. A return call will be made as soon as possible, with the goal of responding within 15 minutes.
For cases requiring more immediate communication, you may call again to ensure your request is received.
Email is not routinely monitored and should not be used for new consultation requests.

After an initial consultation, follow-up questions or additional case information may be sent via email or text communication if preferred by the consulting veterinarian.

Consultation Hours
Consultation services are available from Friday at 7:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM (Eastern Time) unless otherwise stated in Availability tab. .Case requests received after Monday at 7:00 AM will not be assessed until consultation services resume during the next availability period.
Response Time
Phone consultations are prioritized, with a goal of returning all consultation calls within 15 minutes of the initial request.If your call is not answered immediately, please leave a voicemail. For cases requiring more immediate communication, you may call again to ensure your request is received.

Single-Case Consultation (No Follow-Up)
Choose this option when you need focused guidance for a specific clinical question or treatment decision.
Best suited for:
Reviewing a challenging case or new patient presentation
Discussing diagnostics, treatment options, or stabilization plans
Obtaining recommendations or a second opinion
Cases where ongoing discussion after the initial consultation is not anticipated
Single-Case Consultation (24-Hour Support)
Choose this option when the patient's condition may change and continued collaboration may be helpful.
Best suited for:
Critically ill or unstable patients requiring reassessment
Cases where treatment response may affect next steps
Patients with evolving diagnostics or changing clinical status
Situations where the medical team anticipates needing additional guidance after the initial discussion
Same-Case Follow-Up Consultation (24 hours)
Choose this option when a patient previously discussed requires additional review or recommendations.
Best suited for:
Discussing patient progress or response to treatment
Reviewing new laboratory or diagnostic results
Adjusting the treatment plan as the patient changes
Clarifying questions after the initial consultation
