Secure Payment Setup: To streamline your consulting request, we utilize a secure card-vaulting system via Stripe. To ensure seamless service, please ensure a corporate payment method is securely vaulted in the Hospital Billing Portal prior to your first request.
Standard Procedure: Save a payment method on file to secure your appointment. This card is authorized for funds but not charged at the time of booking.
Billing Notifications: Once the consult is complete, an itemized invoice is sent within 24 hours to the billing contact provided. Reminder notifications will be sent on Days 1, 7, and 14.
Automatic Settlement: To ensure timely accounts receivable, if the invoice remains unpaid after 14 days, the vaulted card on file will be charged automatically.
Consultation Hours & Response Standards
Standard Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST - (unless otherwise stated on calendar)
Response Guarantee: All consultations submitted between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM receive a comprehensive written care plan within four hours of submission. Cases submitted after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM- unless otherwise stated on calendar.
Active Case Support: To ensure continuity of care, collaborative support for active, same-day consultations remains available until 6:00 PM EST. Inquiries regarding active stabilization plans received after 6:00 PM will be addressed during the next business session.
